Shipping Information

All packages are shipped priority via USPS with tracking provided.

Returns

If you don’t absolutely love your purchase, we’re happy to exchange your jewelry or issue store credit. Applicable for purchases within 10 days of receipt. The jewelry must be unworn and in the same condition in which it was received. Please note that shipping will not be included in the credit, and custom or bespoke orders are not returnable. Store credits do not expire. Please email Lauren@laurenblais.com for a return authorization and, you’ll receive further instructions.

Please note that when returning items, keep them in the original packaging and use a courier with insurance and tracking (such as USPS, UPS or FedEx). Lauren Blais Jewelry is not liable for items lost in the mail.

Repairs

Our studio will repair Lauren Blais Jewelry pieces, regardless of when it was purchased. Please contact the studio for a repair authorization.

Replacements

We can replace an earring if one is lost in a set but, will need the single left behind to match it. Many of our stones are one of a kind. The cost will be 50% of the current price of the earrings. In the event we cannot match your single we will work with you to move forward.

Ring Sizing

Not all Lauren Blais rings can be sized. Please contact the studio directly about your sizing. For those that can be sized there may be a small sizing fee, plus shipping. Fees are determined on a case-by-case basis. Email Lauren@laurenblais.com for more information.
